As a first time car buyer I had been smothered and mislead by every other car salesperson I had encountered, but not Jim! The location was easy to find and the vehicle was completely spotless. Jim has a very honest and calm demeanor, I felt not even an ounce of stress. The buying process was seamless and my dad and I were treated with the utmost respect by Jim and Kevin. The whole team was very excited for me and made me feel so confident in my purchase. When the time comes for a new ride, or when someone I know needs one, I will be headed straight to this place!

As a newbie to car buying, Jim Borhot made the process easy. Super friendly and refreshingly honest; I would 100% buy from here again and I will recommend them to my friends. In addition the car I bought is a solid upgrade on my precious vehicle and better yet it didn't break the bank. Great deals, fantastic experience and incredible service.

Recently dealt with Jim on one of their used cars. Met with him on a Saturday afternoon and test drove one - went home and talked with my wife about it. A few hours later, Jim and I agreed on a price over the phone and I gave him a deposit of $500 via credit card since I couldn't come that same day to pick it up. On Sunday, we got into an accident and thought we had better deal with this before picking up a new vehicle - so on Monday I called Jim up as soon as they opened and told them we couldn't commit to the vehicle. Truthfully, there was difficulty in getting my deposit back - despite nothing being signed. I will spare the details... My fault for not having something in writing but nonetheless - there was no agreement for a deposit to be held even if I had changed my mind. After going back and forth between AMVIC and Bonnybrook, Jim was able to provide me my refund back after discussing with his manager. I didn't end up purchasing a car from them but I do want to give some recognition where recognition is due for Jim. He is a stand up individual and works with good intentions. It's easy to think that dealerships are in the business to take every penny you've got, but Jim puts his reputation on the line first and it shows. If you are reading this - the only person you really need to see here is Jim. He'll treat you right. If it wasn't for the issues in getting my deposit back, this review would've received 5 stars.
